Is Rancho Santa Fe California's Premier Community?

When the city of Rancho Santa Fe is mentioned to anyone from Southern California, the reaction is astonishment. The “Ranch” as it is called by its residents, is possibly one of the chicest areas in the country with the most incredible homes on the planet. Located just four miles from the Pacific Ocean, this laid back community of San Diego includes homes sitting primarily on huge lots.

The Ranch is the top choice for those who desire the best of everything and want to live in the most elite communities. With a charming yet modish downtown district featuring the best money can buy, residents have all the amenities and conveniences of a major city with the comfort of remaining close to home.

The city is mostly a residential area with stunning properties scattered throughout the district. The community has a list of notable celebrities as inhabitants like Bill Gates and Olympic snowboarder Shaun White. The town is the ultimate in luxury living. Not only that, the city is ranked at the top of the list as the highest income community in the US. The median income is approximately $245,000 in a district of roughly 3,118 people. It is literally a private sanctuary to those who can afford it.

There are smaller subdivisions within the community that include only a sprinkling of homes. However, the key component is the unbelievable properties throughout the community. Pricey neighborhoods include Cielo, The Covenant, The Crosby, and Morgan Run. And even pricier homes in areas like Fairbanks Ranch, The River Estates and Farms, and The Groves, are homes that more often than not only old money can afford.

Other notable points of interests is a village under the same name that features some of the finest, most exclusive shops and dining in the entire metro. Moreover, there are a few exclusive private schools, which is expected given the exclusivity of the homes and residents in the district.

Due to its nearness to Del Mar, the city is famous for its infatuation with horses. Inhabitants frequent one of the few equestrian facilities, meet at polo matches, or just ride on the bridal paths around the area. When cruising through the vicinity, horses in pastures is not an uncommon sight.

Though the community is not positioned immediately near a body of water, most inhabitants possess vessels and other seaworthy crafts that are docked in the lovely San Elijo Lagoon and San Elijo Lagoon County Park. In actuality, these facilities are located in Solana Beach; however, they are only a short ways from the middle of the district.

Enjoy the Beautiful View and Lifestyle in Chula Vista

Chula Vista CA is situated near the hub of one of the wealthiest cultural, economic, and environmentally sundry areas in the US. The second largest municipality in San Diego County with a population well over 200,000, the town is a coastal paradise with canyons, mountains, beautiful parks, and plenty of trails. The region is a pioneer in renewable energy and conservation. They have the benefit of excellent public schools, and honored with the title “one of the safest cities in the United States.”

Well-grounded neighborhoods, modern communities, businesses, start-up companies, well-known entertainment spots, home to the country’s only temperate climate Olympic Training Center, a historic downtown and prized nature center, all contribute to the city’s allure for both families and businesses.

Going by the many school districts it’s easy to get the feeling that the city is very welcoming to families and extremely child friendly.

The area harbors 60 well-groomed parks and sports fields that are used by the locals for outdoor sports, recreational activities, and picnics. Residents and visitors alike experience enjoyment with water slides, rides, interesting marine animals, and plenty of family excitement at Sea World Aquatica. For the grown-ups, there are four exigent golf courses and world-class entertainment at the Sleep Train Amphitheatre, San Diego’s leading open-air music spot.

La Jolla - The Jewel of Southern California

The gem of Southern California that twinkles with the beauty of wholesome sunshine and eternal enchantment. Several minutes from downtown San Diego, the city is filled with sights and attractions that keep you captivated no matter how long you live in the area. The region has its own distinctive qualities. On any given street, you will find a marvelous choice of places to dine serving fine cuisine. While smaller than the main city, it has just as much to offer such as the Scripps-Institution of Oceanography, the San Diego Museum of Contemporary-Art, the Stephen Birch-Aquarium, and of course, the University of California.

La Jolla is first and foremost residential with 58% of the population calling it home, with high segment of the population well educated. Roughly 65% of residents have a college degree or higher. Of the more than 14,000 housing-units, 72% of those are single-family residences. Additionally, the average estimated value of detached-homes is a bit above the $1million mark. Townhouses and other attached-units are valued at approximately $720,000. Median household revenue is roughly $81,000.

Until the mid-twentieth century, modest, one-family summer cottages positioned alongside the coastline or scattered within the township exemplified the vicinity. The borders of the town that most inhabitants touch upon are Prospect-Street, Girard-Avenue and Torrey-Pines Road, to Pearl-Street and La Jolla Boulevard. Nowadays, the town is primarily made up of various markets, offices, shops, and banks.

Because of the founding of the USC campus at San Diego in 1966, the town has experienced unbelievable expansion and land development. Today, the city calculates that the town is mostly built-out, so that outstanding development is infill.

Though part of a much larger and dynamic city, the town maintains its own zip code. It is bordered by the Pacific-Ocean on the west, on the north by USC, on the south by the kinship of Pacific-Beach, and on the East by Gilman-Drive, Interstate 5, and a segment of the development community of the University.

The township has developed a more cosmopolitan ambiance through the years; however, it has managed to retain a congenial resort environment, which is to be expected from “The Jewel” of Southern California!
